| We used Kalkan Home Care to repaint the exterior of our villa in Kalkan. We are very satisfied with the results and can recommend their services. They were very flexible with the dates we wanted them to start and completed the job cleanly and tidied up after. The painting was completed in a few days although there was interruption by rain which, unfortunately, damaged some of the freshly painted areas. However, Kalkan Home Care did not hesitate to return and repaint those areas at no extra cost. The personnel were polite and friendly at all times and able to offer professional advice on any problem areas. |

| From painting your house to total maintenance, they have done the lot for us. Kalkan home care can and will provide you with a professional service. We have had our property around 5 years now and have experienced quite a few cow boys, this company is certainly not one of them. Since joining forces with Kalkan Home Care 2 years ago they have painted our property and looked after our maintenance and can honestly say it is the first time we have been able to relax knowing our guests will be looked after to the level you, and they would expect. On arrival you can have confidence they will find the villa in a tip top condition, this has always been the case, hence we have now signed for a 3rd year!. In 2009 we were fully booked, we had nothing but great feed back from our guests regarding pool clarity, cleanliness of the villa and the staff, not one complaint and 3 family's returning in 2010, that says it all. As an owner it is important to have trust in your maintenance team, with Kalkan Home Care we find this, we get regular account updates informing us of any expenditure and receipts to show if any money has been spent and where to, rare in Kalkan! We have always found them to provide 1st class service and have have not any reservations in recommending them to any future clients, well done guys and here's to 2010!!! |

| We have had our Villa in Kiziltas painted 3 times since we bought in 2003 by different companies, Kalkan Home Care was definatly the best quality. They managed to finish the job within a week, good quality paint and workmanship. | I stayed in Villa Kiraz in Kalkan and had to contact Kalkan Homecare on a couple of occasions (both my fault), the company dealt with the problems quickly and efficiently. The second time I had to contact them was because we had left some expensive items in the safe, which we only realised on our return to England. I contacted the company and they kindly arranged to ship the items to us in the UK for which I am extremely grateful. The villa and pool were clean and welcoming on our arrival. |
