You would be appointed a dedicated customer service manager and deal directly with our head office. Payment for our services can be made in Turkis lira, sterling, euros or dollars either by debit card, check, or bank transfer csah.
Our basic package offers all of the essential property management services required to ensure that your property remains in peak condition and that your financial and legal obligations are met. The management and maintenance services included in our standard package are shown below:
Property Checks
We will visit your property to check that everything is in order and report back accordingly. This is a particularly useful service in the winter months when the weather can be Inclement; it will be re-assuring to know that your property is in safe hands during your absences from Kalkan.
In the case of any maintenance repair work we will be only too happy to provide a quote and arrange for work to be carried out. Additional property checks over and above those agreed in our contract can be carried out.
Cleaning Service
We will be happy to arrange for your property to be cleaned at anytime. Cleaning services are carried out on request. Cleaning materials should be provided by the property owner. There is an appropriate charge for this service.
Gardening Service
We can arrange for your garden to be tended and maintained. Gardening materials should be provided by the property owner and there is an appropriate charge for this service
Swimming Pool Maintenance
Some property owners like to take care of their own swimming pools. However we can arrange for this to be carried out through our property maintenance team upon request, bearing in mind during the summer months when swimming pools are in use they will need daily attention. All cleaning materials and pool chemicals should be provided by the owner. There is an appropriate charge for this service.
Furnishing of Properties
We will be happy to assist clients with the furnishing of their properties and where possible obtain the best discounted prices. There is an appropriate charge for this service.
Rentals & Lettings
